Bill Edward Collins, 58, of Ashland passed away November 12, 2024at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. He was born September 29, 1966 in Paintsville, Ky a son of the late Christopher Columbus and Betty Ilene Collins. He is preceded in death in addition to his parents by a baby sister. He is survived by a son George Collins and a brother Ray Collins. Services for Bill will be conducted Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 7 pm at the Lazear Funeral Home Chapel in Ashland by Pastor Rick Mays. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour before service time Thursday. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. Collins
