Julia Faye Aparicio, 74, of Ashland, Ky died Monday, January 17, 2022 at Best Care in Wheelersburg, Oh. She was born May 8, 1947 in Salyersville, Ky a daughter of the late Buford and Myrtle Coffey Patrick. She was a nurse. She is preceded in death in addition to her parents by a brother Johnnie Daniel and three sisters Ernestine Watts, Eleanor Holbrook, and Carol Joy Ramage. She is survived by her husband Franklin Aparicio, two sons Thomas Aparicio and John Paul Aparicio, two daughters Deborah Aparicio and Donna Aparicio, two brothers Leondus Patrick and Ashland Buford Patrick, three sisters Sue Reed, Mabalene Arnett, and Thelma Jean Green, five grandchildren Melissa, Michelle, Bianca, John Andres, and Alima, and two great-grandchildren Halina and Natalie. Services for Julia will be conducted Friday, January 21, 2022 at 1 pm by Pastor Daniel Irvin with entombment to follow in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens. Friends may call one hour before service time Friday. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Aparicio.
