Larry David Smith, 78, of Louisa, Ky died Saturday, March 15, 2025 in Louisa at Three Rivers Medical Center. He was born October 16, 1946 a son of the late Herbert and Sarah Clark Smith. He was a United States Army Veteran and a Supervisor for Palmer Donavan. He was a member of the VFW and DAV. He is preceded in death in addition to his parents by his wife Minnie Sue Spence Smith. He is survived by his two sons Larry Lee Smith and Michael Gene Smith and a grandson Shawn Smith. A graveside service for Larry will be conducted at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East by Pastor Ron Lester at 1 PM with American Legion Post 93 providing military honors. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. Smith.
