Steven E. Cordle, 67, of Rush, Ky died Sunday, August 4, 2024 at his home. He was born June 29, 1957 in Ashland, Ky a son of the late Glen Edward and Helen Hutchison Cordle. He was a Cement Mason with OPCMIA #132. He is preceded in death in addition to his parents by his loving wife Paula Jo Cordle whom passed in 2020. He is survived by a daughter Courtney Floyd of South Point, Ohio, two grandchildren Caden and Sophie Floyd, a brother Rocky Cordle, and a sister Barb (Charlie) Hall. A graveside service for Steven will be held Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 1 p.m. at the Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Reverend Walter Wilcox officiating and entombment to follow. A visitation wil be held from 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. at the Lazear Funeral Home Chapel in Ashland with everyone being dismissed to meet at the cemetery at 12:30 P.M. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. Cordle.
