Theresa Marie “Terri” Howard, 67, of Ashland, Ky died Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Carter County Nursing and Rehab. She was born May 25, 1957 in Ashland, Ky a daughter of Clark and Anna Hill Leachman. Terri was a greeter at Walmart. She is preceded in death in addition to her mother by her brother and sister Timmy VanBibber and Maggie Leachman. She is survived by her husband Harry Thomas “Tom” Howard, her father Clark Leachman, a brother Andy Leachman, a sister Christina Leachman, a niece Mary (Tim) Logsdon, a sister-in-law Sandy (Robert) Logsdon, and a host of nieces and nephews. Services for Terri will be conducted Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 3 pm at the Lazear Funeral Home Chapel in Ashland. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour before service time Wednesday. There is no burial to follow. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Howard.
